This course covers the legal system including courts/legal personnel and areas of the law including legal communication, research, evidence, criminal law, torts, compliance, innovation and sustainability.

Upon completion of this Certificate IV in Legal Services you will be able to provide legal direction and support in legal matters in public or private sector job roles.

During this course you will learn how to:

  • Use and understand legal terminology and complex legal correspondence
  • Provide support in law matters
  • Provide non legal advice and interact with parties involved in the legal process
  • Research legal processes
  • Locate and provide information on request.
